Meet Ilaria
Ilaria Lenti is a Clinical Psychologist and Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapist with specialist training in sexology, group analysis, and mindfulness-based psychosomatic therapy. Her work focuses on supporting individuals through addiction, eating disorders, and emotional trauma, both in person and online. Rooted in a holistic and compassionate approach, Ilaria draws on her deep connection to meditation and nature to guide her practice. She brings experience from private practice in Rome and work at an anti-violence centre, and since 2018, she has been part of the therapeutic team at Ibiza Calm, where she continues to support clients on their path to recovery and reconnection.

I use a humanistic integrative and EMDR approach, which means I draw from different therapy methods to suit your unique needs. At it's heart, it's about seeing you as a whole person-your thoughts, feelings and experiences-and working together to help you grow and feel more at ease in yourself.
Person-Centred Therapy
This approach is all about creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel truly heard and understood. I believe you already have the inner resources to grow-my role is to help you uncover them.
Transactional Analysis
This method looks at the patterns in how we relate to ourselves and others-like the 'scripts' we learned early in life. By noticing these patterns, we can choose new ways of thinking, feeling, and connecting.
Gestalt Therapy
Gestalt focuses on the here and now-what's happening for you in the present moment. By paying attention to your feelings, body, and experiences as they arise, we can discover fresh insights and new possibilities.
EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing is a therapy that helps the brain process and heal from difficult or traumatic experiences. By using guided eye movement or other forms of stimulation, it supports the mind in releasing distress and creating new, healthier ways of thinking and feeling.

In-person therapy offers the chance to step away from daily distractions and be fully present-a setting where you can feel safe, heard and cared for. With undivided attention and genuine presence, therapy face-to-face allows for richer connection, deeper exploration, and lasting support.
